Hasn't some blog summarized that so I don't have to spend all that time reading it?

More seriously, it's really really hard to read things like "Yet, for all that’s been written about the Net, there’s been little consideration of how, exactly, it’s reprogramming us."

There's been a lot of discussion about that. On the other hand, it happened back in the '90s, so maybe it's apropos now that the Atlantic is finally catching up.

I guess every two years or so I need to read a "Help, my buggy whip techniques aren't applicable any more!" rant to remind me to not become too ossified.
