WalkScore.com rates the "walkability" of a house based on its distance and pedestrian paths to nearby services. Especially useful if you're house shopping by remote or otherwise don't know the neighborhood based on an address. (Thanks Mom, via redfin.)

Walk Score is great! With it i can estimate the location of my property. And I ve found one more service rather simular to this one. It is called Drive Score. This option will enable home buyers make searches with much more confidence. It is really very important for home buyers to be aware of nearby infrastructure to make their choice.
