This Ben Folds Five fansite informs me that Hal Leonard has published Ben Folds Five: Keyboard Signature Licks, a detailed songbook with commentary, interviews, and a vocal-less practice CD. SheetMusicPlus has more full-score Ben Folds songbooks.

Next version of my blogging software, I'll probably implement a fancy filter, or something similar to phpBB's "BBCode" (http://www.phpbb.org/). It doesn't take much to put arbitrary JavaScript inside an anchor tag (that could, for example, send the contents of your BlogTracker cookies to a third party).

did you hear Ben Folds on KUOW the other day? He played some of his current solo work live, very listenable. I'm so out of it that though I'd heard of the band named Ben Folds Five I didn't know that there was someone named Ben Folds in it.
