Experience Zen. Fun interactive presentation on meditation. Not terribly instructive, but fun.

The funny thing is, the nature of Zen and the attention span of flash graphics contradict each other.
For real instruction, I'd recommend, "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind," by Shunryu Suzuki, or for the more western and clinically minded, Lawrence Leshan's "How to Meditate"--despite the Idiot's Guide-esque title, it's surprisingly informed and empirical.
